Version 16.07 of the UO web platform has the following changes.

Feature Updates

UO Banner Module

• The mobile sidebar now supports secondary menu links that are nested beneath the primary navigation links.
• Mobile sidebar now displays utility links that are customizable on a per-site basis.
• /duckid/login now provides an easy consistent link to the Shibboleth login page.

UO Edit Suite

• Captioned photo, feature, and lead story block templates now include a placeholder photo so that they display properly in the editor.
• Images now have a button to easily replace the image with another one.

Bug Fixes

Cosmic Theme

• The feature--scale component (used on feature images and slideshows) previously would load 2 copies of the background image on the page (one used for the blurry sides for wide displays). This has been fixed to only load the background image once.
• Fixed a bug where the alt/title text of the site title/logo would not properly convey what they are/do.
• The base font color has been changed to #333333 to make the text more easy to read.

Makefile

• Added patch for pathauto so it works with sqlite (and by that extension, drush qd).
• Javascript will no longer get stripped out of a page after saving it.

Installation Profile

• Made sure cosmic theme blocks have same default settings as homepage theme blocks.
• Fixed some permissions for webform editors.

UO Banner Module

• Header and sidebar gold colors were tweaked slightly to ensure they are precise brand colors.

Required Action by Users

Site Administrators

• If you are using an existing view that uses a feature--scale, you should remove the background field from your view. The feature__background will now automatically be added by javascript. You should ensure it is properly using the new class names before making this change.
