Galleries provide the ability to create a collection of image thumbnails that can be clicked on to show a full-size image in a lightbox. They are useful for adding to news articles or to pages that feature a large number of photos that are not embedded directly in the story.

Galleries currently come in three forms:

• Standard Gallery — shows all the images as equally-sized thumbnails in a row
• Feature Image Gallery — has one large lead image and a set of small thumbnails beneath
• Button Gallery — only shows the first image as a clickable photo button
