UO Cosmic Theme (7.x-19.10)

• Added "Stats Envelope" element used to display groups of statistics on marketing pages.
• Improved "Stories" envelope, increased mobile button sizes and removed overlay gradient on mobile viewports where text is below photo
• Improved "Summary" envelope, made text more properly responsive and left-aligned in mobile viewports.
